We know that online shopping does not provide as much opportunity to get acquainted with the product as stationary shopping. That’s why we’ve introduced a return policy that will give you the comfort of knowing our clothes with peace of mind. We give you up to 100 days to check the quality of our clothes. If during this period you find that you want to exchange or return them then just contact us.
How to return a product?
If you find that you want to return to us, a product purchased from us, and it has not yet been 100 days since its purchase, then contact us in one of the indicated ways:
– By mail to the address: PINTO Designed by Monika Trescher, Pl. Wiosny Ludów 2, 61-831 Poznań,
– by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org,
– by completing and submitting an online form, available in the Customer panel for each order; if this form is used, the Customer will receive immediate confirmation that PINTO has received his/her withdrawal statement.
Note! Any of the ways of sending the statement is permissible and all are equivalent in terms of effectiveness. PINTO recommends only using the online form available in the customer panel for the sole reason of ease and speed of making a statement.
After withdrawing from the contract, send the returned goods to us. Clothing must not bear signs of use, should have all tags. Shipping the goods was on our side. Sending back the return is therefore carried out at your expense. We think that’s fair.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will promptly refund the funds. It should not take us more than 14 days. If we are late, we ourselves will add statutory interest to the amount returned. We are responsible.
