We dedicated the long-sleeve pajamas to Malina Michalska, a yoga instructor. Before she took up yoga, she was a dancer and acrobat. She was the first propagator of yoga in Poland. She mastered yoga on her own, without someone to guide her in it, and later taught others herself. She stressed that according to the teachings of yoga, a person cannot develop if he or she does not take care of mental and physical well-being, and yoga is supposed to support us in the struggle for health and develop mental balance and physical resilience.
